At March 30, 2007, eSOON China Beijing Office Filled with exiting atmosphere, again ushered in the 10th eSOON COLA Club members. Leaders from the government and Customer Service department of 16 enterprises attended this event.

eSOON COLA (CRM Opinion Leader Alliance) Club was found by eSOON, aimed to establish a platform on which to communicate with customers, discuss the market trend and share experiences.
